Delivery and Returns

We want you (and your skin) to be happy. If you're not completely satisfied, we can offer a refund. If you've changed your mind about a NAFFIE BEAUTY product, you can return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact our team here. for assistance in organising your return.

Returning Your Items

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that if you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift along with the purchased products. We do not offer partial refunds on bundles or sets; all items must be included in your return to qualify for a full refund.

We will not refund shipping costs unless the goods you received were damaged or delivered in error.

Please contact our customer care team at: customercare@naffiebeauty.com to notify them of your return. You will be given a return number along with a pre-paid return label to attach to your parcel. We aim to process returns within 10 days of receiving the goods.

Goods must be sent to the return address provided without delay and returned within 14 days. If the return is not completed within this timeframe, you will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to you.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges.
