Where is My Order?

Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £40
How long does delivery take?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and they will be delivered within 2 business days. (Business days are Monday-Friday, not including holidays). All orders are processed and delivered from the UK.
*During sales and promotions please allow up to 5 business days for your order to delivered.
How do I change my delivery address?
We would be happy to make changes to the delivery address on all orders that have not yet delivered. Please email us at customercare@naffiebeauty.com with your order number and the correct delivery address you would like your package to be delivered to. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to orders that have already been delivered.
RETURNS
What is your Return Policy?
You may return a product within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns may be subjected to handling fees.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the Naffie Beauty online store. Please contact us to initiate your return, subject to conditions above.

You may purchase our products on this website.
How can I change or exchange my orders?
Once an order has been placed, operationally we have a fast turnover for order processing, so we are unable to cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to cancel your order, you are able to refuse the order at the door when it is delivered. Once the parcel has been returned to us we can then begin the refund process. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please read our E-Commerce Terms & Conditions of Sale for further information.
What can I do if I forgot my password or I want to reset it?
When re-setting your password, visit the sign-in page at the top left, then click “Forgot Your Password?”. Enter your email address and your password will be sent to your inbox.
Should you have additional questions or concerns regarding your password, email us using our online Contact Form.
Do you offer refunds?
For a full refund on an order we have already delivered out, you will need to follow our return policy processing steps outlined above. If you would like to cancel your order before our team has prepared it for delivery, please contact our support team at customercare@naffiebeauty.com who will be happy to look into this for you. Please note that we are not able to cancel or edit orders during any sales, such as Green Friday. We apologise for any inconvenience!

HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO REDEEM MY REWARDS?
We have made it easier than ever before to redeem your rewards while you shop. Now, you will be able to redeem exact discount amounts during the checkout process, giving you full control of how you spend your rewards. Plus, you will see a bar at the bottom of our website where you will be able to login to your account and redeem rewards while you shop.
To redeem your rewards from your account page:
Step 1: log into your account. Step 2: Choose the number of rewards you want to redeem (you can do this from your account or from the cart) Step 3: Your exclusive code will copy to clipboard. DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Your rewards will expire after 12 months of inactivity. To collect and redeem rewards, please ensure you shop using the same account and email address each time. Unfortunately, we cannot merge rewards or offers from multiple accounts, even if they belong to the same individual
HOW CAN I MERGE TWO OF MY ACCOUNTS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to merge two different accounts. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, we understand how frustrating this may be. Moving forward please remember to continue using the email you would like to continuously use.

No worries! We’ve made it simple to check your code redemption history. Just log in to your account, and under 'Rewards History,' you’ll find a list of both active and expired codes for easy reference.
IS FREE SHIPPING FOR THE REWARDS CLUB AVAILABLE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS?
Free shipping is available as a reward for 1000 points through our rewards program. This reward can be earned by any customer who accumulates enough points through purchases and other activities. The free shipping coupon can be applied to orders placed within the UK once you've redeemed your points for this reward.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY £5 DISCOUNT CODE FOR LEAVING A PRODUCT REVIEW?
All verified buyer reviews will receive an exclusive one-time use discount code after reviewing a product they have purchased. At this time, we are not able to honour any product review left that is not deemed verified. Discount code will only be issued once per customer product review left on purchased product.
